Any DSL or Dial up internet connection is not recommended.Connecting to the internet using an ethernet cable will give faster broadband speed than connecting wirelessly. We do not support any third party adapters that are being used to run a connection between your router and our set-top box, any problems with those adapters may cause the disruption of your service and effects your network connection.
TV
Our set-top boxes support any kind of TV with an HDMI input and an Audio / Video input.
Cables
New equipments comes with all the standard cables that are required to make connections to your router or television inside the package so there is no need to buy any additional cables, however some advanced TV's require a certain kind of cables to work properly, please consult your TV company or check the user manual for any specific requirement before subscribing.
Knowledge
To be able to setup the equipment and trouble shoot any problem a low level of technical skill is required (be familiar with the connection between your equipment and router and your TV is enough to be able to identify any minor problem).
