Return Policy:

We take pride in the quality of the service that we provide and customer satisfaction is our top priority, if you are not satisfied with our service for any reason you may return it within 7 days for a refund, the price of the Set-Top box and any other extra equipment is fully returnable in the first one week from the delivery date, we think that one week is enough time to know whether you would like to keep our service or not.

However, we will still accept returns before 1 month from the delivery date but a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the principle amount of the order. The refund will include any un-used services or subscriptions, the shipping cost is non-refundable.

All returns after one month are not acceptable. The table below simplify our return options:

Before you go ahead with your return, you need to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) you may do so by either sending us a request from your account (available for registered customers only), when you login to your account you'll be able to access your orders and there you'll have the option to request a return by clicking on my merchandise returns. You may also request an RMA# by contacting one of our representative agents via phone or email.

- To receive the maximum refund please make sure you include all parts and accessories along your return, you will be billed for any missing parts or damaged pieces.

- Make sure you securely pack your return by adding enough bubble wrap and tapes, you are responsible for your returned package until we receive it, we will not cover any damages related to un secure packing.

- Your refund will be processed back to the same payment method that was used to place the order. It usually takes from 3 to 5 business days to post on your account.
